Hello! This is the sign up page for matsu_zake's washi tape commissions.Please read the following rules before you continue:Commissions will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
All the commissions provided will be shipped to the commissioner through EMS with tracking code.
The commission price and the shipping fee will be collected separately.
Only character references of original characters will be accepted (this includes vtubers). Fanart of existing copyright characters will be declined.
